One arc: strategy first, then we build it together.
The Validated Foundation is a focused, fixed scope engagement, lasting around six weeks, built around the decisions your brand depends on most. It has a clear beginning, a clear finish line, and a fixed fee you'll know before we start.
Depending on where you are, the work covers:
Already have a name you love, or research in hand? Good. The foundation isn't a script. We pressure test what you've brought, keep what holds, and spend the time where your gaps actually are. Nothing gets redone just to check a box.
At the end of the engagement, you receive the Validated Foundation package: the complete written strategy, the research behind every decision, and a product design brief your manufacturer can build from. I don't believe in a deck of theories. This is a foundation you can build on immediately.
I also don't believe in open ended retainers or surprise expenses. Every phase after the foundation is yours to choose, priced and scoped before you say yes. In practice, most founders choose to keep going. The strategy is done, and what they want next is the person who built it with them staying in the room while it becomes a brand.
The foundation tells you what to build. Ongoing Advisory is how we build it: formulation and manufacturing decisions, packaging, launch sequencing, and the hundred judgment calls in between.
We shape a monthly advisory relationship around the work ahead, and we find the right level together once we know what you actually need.
Launching a brand can feel like being a passenger in your own company: waiting on a vendor, chasing a quote, losing the thread across ten open questions. That feeling is optional. My clients get a running view of every workstream and every decision documented with the evidence behind it. The intensity of a launch doesn't go away. The chaos does.
I work best with early stage and emerging founders in wellness, supplements, and consumer health. The common thread isn't the category, it's the pull. If you've been circling this idea for months and can't put it down, you're my kind of founder. You're building something you want to last, and you'd rather get the foundation right than move fast and fix it later.
Most of my clients are building their first brand. Some arrive further along: an established product that's stalled, a line that needs rethinking, a launch that didn't land the way it should have. The method doesn't change. We find the foundation, pressure test it, and build from there.
Some parts of building a brand call for dedicated specialists: formulation scientists, IP counsel, naming and design studios, manufacturing partners. Twenty years in and around this industry means I know who's actually good, who delivers, and who picks up when I call. You get that access from day one, and I stay accountable for how it all fits together.
The people who turn a brief into a bottle.
Names and marks, protected early.
Identity work that survives contact with the shelf.
Vetted floors I'd trust with my own launch.
Let's talk it through.
